CNC System

SINUMERIK 840D CNC system, SIMODRIVE 611D AC spindle drive and AC feed drive, 1PH AC spindle servo motor, 1FT6 AC feed servo motor are from SIEMENS, Germany.
Key component NCU of SINUMERIK 840D CNC system combines CPU of CNC system and CPU of PLU, include corresponding CNC software and PLC control software, handwheel and measurement interface, MPI interface, S7 300 extended interface, Slot for PCMCIA card and bus interface of equipment. The SIMUMERIK 840D CNC system connects to SIMODRIVE 611D module by bus interface of equipment, and connects to S7 300 input/output module by S7 300 extended interface. The NC data and PLC data are protected by battery.
Digital control bus is utilized to drive AC servo drive SIMODRIVE 611D, with features of modular design, independent components of spindle and driven components of each axis. The feedback signal of encoder is 1VPP sine signal. The scales can be chosen by user to realize full close loop control.
