Introduction of Conventional Lathe:
This conventional lathe is equipped with hand brake or foot brake for safe, easy and flexible operation.
Lathe bed of CW80 is in a massive structure with 600mm span of lathe bed guide rail. The basic size of the whole lathe bed of CW63 is 4m, and and it is available in size over 4m or below 4m.
This kind of machine tool is capable of achieving working accuracy at IT6-IT7 with minor surface roughness.
The saddle bed lathe is improved on the basis of the original lathe bed. Therefore, it has all the design features and applications which the original lathe possess. The lathe bed's diameter of gyration is increased, making it applicable to flat and unusual part manufacturing.
