Applications:
SMTCL CNC lathe of this series is widely applied to turning various shaft workpieces, disc workpieces.
This kind of machine tool is suitable for cutting various threads, arc faces, cone surfaces, and internal/external curve surfaces of gyro-rotors. It is able to turn ferrous and non-ferrous metals at high speed.
The lathe can efficiently and accurately turn large-batch rotary parts for auto industry, motorcycle industry, electron industry, spaceflight industry, war industry, etc., with the turned accuracy of up to Grade IT6, and the surfaces roughness of up to Ra1.6μm.

Structure Features of Flat Bed CNC Lathe:
The spindle of the machine adopts multi-speed reducing structure. The high-precision spindle bearings are all pretightened for improved accuracy of the spindle. The min. thermal distortion is considered while designing the headstock. Measures of thermal emanation and corresponding measures of decreasing thermal distortion for the spindle as well as meticulous assembly are carried out for low temperature-rising, small thermal distortion and high accuracy of the spindle.
The CNC lathe is designed with reliability in mind: the ball screws of two axes use effectively locking nuts, the saddle adopts slide and rib sticking, and lubricating system utilizes travel lubrication and employs large specs metering device for sufficient and steady lubrication.
The electric cabinet adopts new zhunweitu design. It has good leak tightness. The adoption of frame construction makes the internal layout of the electric cabinet convenient. Double pull door form of the lathe makes it elegant and appealing.
Standard configuration adopts Korea YALONG pump which adopts new backwater structure for in-time coolant supply. Chip conveyor modules are optional.
