Flat Bed CNC Lathe

The CAK0830 flat bed CNC lathe is developed to satisfy the requirements of such industries as 3G communications, automotive, medical equipment manufacturing, and electronic manufacturing. It is suitable for the manufacture of small-size parts in large batches, and the automatic high-efficiency machining of bar stock. Our CNC lathe adopts the flat-bed slant-saddle design, and is equipped with a high-speed spindle and linear guideways to improve machining efficiency. It incorporates the gang tool style of tooling, and is equipped with an automatic loading-unloading system, which maximizes useful machining time.

1. The maximum spindle speed is 5000 RPM, which greatly improves machining efficiency.
2. X-axis travel of 360 mm allows capacity for a greater number of tools in the tool post.
