Introduction of FTL5085 Flat Bed CNC Lathe:
Compared with similiar products, FTL5085di(j) CNC lathe provides better waterproof performance, increased reliability and higher quality.
The feed screw protection of axis Z is designed for labyrinth type.
Improved bonded structure between the feed screw protective cover of shaft Z and the vertical plate of headstock: it is of labyrinth type of lap joint structure to effectively prevent weepage. Properly lengthened waterproof tank in the position of headstock provides more protection effects. The vertical plate of headstock in all quarters is of labyrinth type.
The hairbrush is added while opening the guard gate.
The hairbrush is added on both the upper edge and front edge of vertical plate of headstock (at the lap joint with the guard gate), which can effectively avoid the overflowing of sprayed water while opening the guard gate.

Applications of FTS5085 Flat Bed CNC Lathe:
This kind of numerically controlled CNC lathes, with superior machining accuracy(up to grade IT6), is ideal for finish or semi-finish turning various shaft workpieces and disc workpieces.

Structure Features of FTS5085 Flat Bed CNC Lathe:
The CNC lathe adopts high-speed servo motor, which can realize stepless speed changing for spindle and constant linear cutting of spindle. Spindle is smoothly and steadily driven by main motor through forced narrow V-belt. Spindle headstock adopts single-spindle structure and less driving chain, allowing low headstock noise, little heat distortion and stable accuracy of the machine.
The lathe is designed with a primary focus on the reliability: the ball screws of two axes adopts effectively locking nuts, X-axis is equipped with multiple waterproof protection, the saddle adopts slide and rib sticking, and lubricating system adopts travel lubrication and employs large specs metering device for enough and stable lubrication.
This flat bed CNC machine adopts ergonomical design. A data shelf installed on the protective door and a mini-type tool case is installed on the lower part of CRT case, making the machine easy and convenient to operate.
The electric cabinet adopts fully new zhunweitu design, with good leak tightness. It adopts frame construction, thus making the internal layout convenient. Double pull door form makes the overall appearance of the machine elegant and appealing.
