Applications of Flat Bed CNC Lathe:
This CNC lathe is primarily used for turning various shaft workpieces, disc workpieces, and cutting various threads, arc faces, cone surfaces, and internal/external curve surfaces of gyro-rotors. It is also suitable for turning ferrous and non-ferrous metals at high speed.
In addition, lathe of FTS3665 series is ideal for turning large-batch rotary parts in industries such as auto, motorcycle, electron, spaceflight and war etc., with outstanding efficiency, high turned accuracy (up to Grade IT6).
Structure Features of Flat Bed CNC Lathe:
This CNC lathe adopts single spindle structure. The spindle bearings are of high accuracy, which are all pretightened for improved accuracy. The headstock is built with the min. thermal distortion in mind. Measures of thermal emanation and corresponding measures of decreasing thermal distortion for the spindle as well as meticulous assembly are carried out. As a result, the spindle features low temperature-rising, small thermal distortion and high accuracy.
The spindle is directly driven by servo motor through strength narrow V-belts. In the case of automatic operation, it is capable of cutting at constant linear speed.
This machine tool is designed with an emphasis on the reliability: the ball screws of two axes use effectively locking nuts, the saddle adopts slide and rib sticking, and lubricating system utilizes travel lubrication and employs large specs metering device for sufficient and steady lubrication.
The design of the electric cabinet adopts fully new zhunweitu. With good leak tightness, the electric cabinet adopts frame construction, thus making the internal layout convenient.
The cooling and chip-removal system of the CNC lathe employs wheelbarrow-type cooling tank, which is separated from the main machine. It is installed on the place between two legs of the bed, which helps preventing influence of cutting heat on the machine precision and cleaning iron chips. GUANGZHOU CNC system, FANUC system and SIEMENS system are available for your choice.
