Applications:
This 4-coordinate machine tool, which is independently developed by SMTCL, is used primarily for machining threading of oil pipe and sleeve in oil industry.
With good rigidity, high accuracy, and outstanding efficiency, this CNC pipe thread lathe is the ideal equipment for processing oil pipe and sleeve.

Features of Pipe Threading Lathe:
SMTCL pipe threading lathe is equipped with front turret and rear turret, 2-part coordinate for independent feeding and 4-tool for simultaneous cutting, delivering high flexibility and productivity.
Rotation of workpiece is done by 2 pneumatic chucks with reliable and quick clamping.
Pipe internal support mechanism is utilized to bear radial force of heavy cutting, improve rigidity of clamping and ensure machining accuracy of job.
Job auto overturning device and job loading/unloading device are adopted to achieve automatic and continuous job processing.
