Introduction of Pipe Threading Lathe:
This CNC pipe thread lathe is specially developed by SMTCL used for machining head of sucker rod. It is an ideal equipment for machining petro tube sleeve.
Machining mode: workpiece is fixed and sucker rod is clamped by clamping tools; head of suck rod rough turning, fine turning and roller threading are all done by tool's rotation.
With the help of automatic loading/unloading device, it can realize automatic cycle machining.
Our patent product-CNC facing plate is increasingly used on petro pipeline equipment for rough and finish turning process, with good flexibility, reliability and high productivity.
Normal motor with transducer is used to control the power head speed changing for rough and finish turning process, and speed changing stepless and cutting with constant speed are achieved.
Enough power for the rolling press head is guaranteed by speed reducer.
Structure Features of Pipe Threading Lathe:
Bed of SMTCL pipe threading lathe is of box structure, adopts high-strength cast iron and reasonable ribs layout featuring high rigidity and high stability. There is an interface of chip conveyor at the bed rear part, so a chip conveyor can be installed.
Servo slide (servo motor drives ballscrew) and hydraulic slide are available. The former is used for feeding control of rough and fine turning process.
There are turning power head and thread rolling power head. The former is controlled by normal motor with transducer which can realize speed changing stepless and cutting with constant speed. The later meets thread rolling requirement by normal motor through speed reducer.
The facing plate is installed on turning power head and holder accessories are also equipped, and the turning is completed during revolving.
The revolving holder is positioned by 3-jaw chuck with high stiffness. The rotation is controlled by servo motor through reducer, preciouse and smooth.
The assist component and loading/unloading device can be controlled. The workpiece can be returned to loading position of rotary holder, the holding centering can be guaranteed by pre-positioning. The unloading can be realized by its self-weight.
Auto chip conveyor is utilized to remove chips. Good cooling is achieved by special purpose cooling tank and high-power self-absorbing soft pump.
Auto lubrication of the lathe is realized. It is mainly to lubricate every ball screw.
It adopts balance working mode: each position of clamping tool rotation finish one job, with increased machining efficiency.
