Introduction of Vertical CNC Lathe:
Adopting complete symmetry design, the VTC4080II vertical CNC lathe consists of two parts: VTC4048II/R and VTC4048II/L. Each machine can be separately controlled.
The CNC vertical lathe can be used to synchronously machine two same workpieces or different workpieces but different work stage. This combination CNC lathe delivers decreased floor space, shortened transport distance and increased efficiency.

Structure Features of Vertical CNC Lathe:
Bed and cross beam adopt reinforced wall thickness design. The spindle box and the bed are designed as a whole part for higher rigidity.
Spindle unit provides high rigidity and high speed. Imported grease lubricant; HSK angle-contact spindle bearing for high precision.
The main transmission agent adopts narrow V-belt to contact with spindle, and the transmission ability is of 0.5-1.5 higher than normal V-belt.
The guide way for two axes employs THK SNS series bearing for higher precision and heavy loading, reduced frictional resistance, increased cutting accuracy and rapid travel speed.
Cutting feed for X and Y axes of ball screw adopt the servo motor through elastic coupling for connection. Pre-stretching for ball screw when assembly from both side to increase the rigidity. The support part for ball screw of X and Z axes adopts Lange-angle contact bearing to reduce the inaccuracy caused by extension of ball screw in high temperature condition.
Balancing cylinder for Z axis is utilized for longer service life of ball screw. Besides, it also can overcome the heavy loading on turret and vertical sliding plate.
Imported horizontal 8-position turret or electric turret with simple structure, high speed displacement, is available for your choice.
Different system, such as Fanuc 0i-mate, Fanuc 0i-TC or Siemens 840D, can be equipped to better satisfy customers demands.
