Modularization Design

High Rigidity, High Power and High Torque
The ball screw of two axes adopts double nuts pre-load structure and pre-stretching by assembling. It connects with servo motor through Germany elastic coupling to ensure the rigidity and accuracy by transmission.
The main transmission parts adopt α40 spindle motor and ZF gear-box (1:1/1:5.5) and transmit the torque by belt, resulting in large torque, high speed and high power output.
Weight Counterbalance
Balancing cylinder for Z axis is able to prolong the life of ball screw and overcome the heavy loading on turret and vertical sliding plate. Z axis delivers no creeping and good stability.
High Accuracy
All accuracy indexes achieve an advanced level in domestic and overseas markets. It is perfect for massive quantity and high accuracy processing of workpieces.
Clean, Environmentally Friendly
The CNC lathe is equipped with full-protection cover.
It adopts high-pressure cooling pump, with low flow rate and high pressure. So it can keep the area clean by cooling the workpiece. Inner cooling of turret adopts high filter precision with separate water pump for reduced hazard rate. As a result, it can improve the cutting condition and reduce the influence to the outside.
