It can be equipped with a modular component to efficiently machine aluminum wheels for automobiles. A vertical lathe with a single turret will normally be more economical and efficient for the machining of certain parts than a lathe with double turret.

This machine tool is suitable for machining complex disc-shaped work-pieces, sleeves, and larger-sized housings and shells, including larger-sized wind power generator bearings, train wheels, etc. Because of the heavy and well-designed construction of the CNC lathe, in many cases grinding operations can be eliminated, since the machine can produce finishes that are accurate and fine, even in hardened material. There are options for tool magazine modules and turret modules, according to the requirement of the customer.
