Introduction of Vertical CNC Lathe:
SMTCL Vertical CNC lathe VTC6070II is specially designed for disk shape workpiece.
This type of CNC machine tool is a twinning machine (can be bought separately) used for machining both sides of the workpieces at the same time.
Thanks to its good efficiency and reasonable layout, it is a preferred choice for mass production.

Structure Features of Vertical CNC Lathe:
The muscle shape for bed is designed with Ansys software for high rigidity. High intensity and good damping capacity can be achieved due to the utilization of high density cast iron material.
The spindle unit adopts mature podgy structure. The spindle box and bed are connected as a whole part by means of holes for high rigidity. This CNC lathe is equipped with C axis. It can achieve such machining operations as drilling, milling and taping when combined with dynamic turret and tools.
The X and Z axes are driven by servo motors to connect with ball screw with the help of elastic coupling.
The vertical CNC lathe equipped with different turret is available for your choice. Standard equipment: Duplimatic vertical 6-position turret from Italy. The machine is driven by high speed and inertia servo motor to make it pick up the tools nearby from both sides.
Standard chuck (IN-D500/Z380 hydraulic chuck) is imported from SMW Company of Germany. Its diameter is 510, and max. rotation speed is 1500rpm.
The CNC vertical lathe is equipped with full-protective cover. The auto door of cover is optional.
The hydraulic pump station equips new micro-digital pressure controller to realize the real time display and monitor. So the parameters are directly displayed and it is easy to adjust.
Standard control system (Fanuc 0i mate TC system) is imported from Fanuc Company.
The electric cabinet is of full protection structure design and equipped with air conditioner so as to protect the dust and control the temperature.
