VMC Vertical Machining Center

Introduction of Vertical Machining Center:
This vertical machining center perfectly combines traditional C-frame style construction and ultra rigid bridge type construction. The adoption of the quality guideways, ballscrews and bearings ensures the super machining efficiency of the machine.

Features of Vertical Machining Center:
X, Y and Z axis are all with linear guide ways on small and middle model (VMC1000 under, include VMC1000), realizing rapid feed speed. X, Y axis are with linear guide ways, Z axis is with sliding boxway on big model (VMC1100 above, include VMC1100), insuring the rigidity of the machine.
Due to the adoption of imported linear guide way, rapid travel, good positioning accuracy and longer-duration life are achieved. VMC1300 and VMC1600 machines are with 4 guide ways design on Y axis to solve distortion problem at extended position of table and improve the machine rigidity.
All motion couples such as ball screw, guide way, ball screw and bearings are centralized lubricated with constant rating dispenser and protection interlock of low oil for adequate lubrication.
Thanks to the special design, the overflow oil can flow back to collecting tank at the back of the machine, which avoids the mixing of the oil and coolant.
The guide way and ball screw of Y axis have separate stainless steel way cover for outstanding chip removing effect.
The machine can be easily lifted or transported by crane or forklift.
The standard tool magazine is cost-effective umbrella type. Optional arm type tool magazine is available for less tool change time.
Optional accessories: coolant system, 4th axis rotary table, tool probe parts measuring device etc.
