PBC Planer Type Milling and Boring Machining Center
Applications:
PBC series milling and boring machine is mainly applicable to boring and milling.
It is also suitable for drilling, boring, taping, turning outside diameter and turning surface, especially for the workpieces which have several holes and require higher accuracy of the distance of holes.
Introduction of Planer Type Milling and Boring Machining Center:
PBC110, PBC130, PBC160 series milling and boring machining centers are designed by SMTCL through adopting advanced Germany technology.
These machines have been designed in modular ways, which is to equip various CNC control on the same main machine and adopt relative adjustment on construction and layout to make various machines.
PBC series can realize auto positioning of each axis, and simultaneous movement of any four axes among X, Y, Z, W, and B. It can machine outline and 3-dimension curve by liner interpolation and arc interpolation.
As per customers' requirements, rotary table, angle milling head etc. can be equipped to enlarge machining scope.
