Applications:
GTC10080m vertical turning center is specially designed on the basis of internationally advanced technology and our significant design experience. It is popularly used for machining complex shape parts in mechanical fields such as auto, army, and more.
Introduction of Slant Bed Horizontal Turning Center:
The machine realizes high stiffness due to its optimized design and analyzed ribs allocated on base. The cast iron features high strength, density, and good absorption.
It adopts hydraulic bearing structure with high strength and revolving accuracy.
The machine has C function, which is realized by double motors to eliminate clearance.
Servo motor is used to drive X and Z axis. The Z axis servo motor connects with ballscrew through satellite gear for large output torque and rigidity. The X axis servo motor connects with ballscrew through gear belt, resulting in increased service efficiency and enlarged output torque.
Ram section size is 200*200, and the internal milling spindle can realize milling, drilling and tapping.
Standard 4-jaw manual chuck features simple structure and convenient maintenance
The hydraulic system is equipped with variable vane pump. The hydraulic tank is put on the right side of base, which is separated with outside by protective cover. The hydraulic circuit adopts overlap valve method, compact in structure and convenient to install.
The reversal tool magazine with 12 station is driven to go forward or backward by hydraulic indexing motor. The tool magazine is universal for milling tool and turning tool. Hydraulic pins are used to position the tool.
