HTC50/54 CNC Lathe
Introduction of HTC54 CNC Lathe:
This lathe is fit for turning a variety of shaft-type workpieces and disc-type workpieces, cutting all kinds of threads, arcs, cones, internal and external curvic faces of gyro-rotors. It is also used for cutting ferrous and non-ferrous metals at high speed.
The rigidity of the machine parts (e.g.: spindle tailstock of bed) is properly distributed to ensure the overall rigidity and reliability of the lathe. Therefore, this type of machine tool is especially suitable for high-efficiency, large-batch and high-accuracy machining of gyro-rotor workpieces in automobile, motorcycle, electronic, aerospace, war and other industries.

Introduction of HTC50 CNC Lathe:
This CNC lathe is ideal for 2-axis linkage machining. The lathe bed adopts cast iron burnt-in sand for good damping ability.
The machine with large power and high rigidity is popular for turning straight lines, slant lines, arcs, threads in Metric or Whitworth, straight threads, taper threads, surface threads and multiple threads. With the performance of radius compensation of tools, the machine is perfect for machining shaft-type, disc-type and sleeve-type workpieces with complex shape and high accuracy.
Introduction of HTC5020b CNC Lathe:
SMTCL CNC lathe of this series is specially constructed for machining disc-type workpieces, and is a lathe of choice for machining disc-type workpieces and pipe couplings.
Adopting integral slant bed structure for super rigidity, vertical 8-station hydraulic turret, and proper installing length for tool rod, the machine is suitable for heavy cutting, avoiding the interference between stations.
No tailstock is equipped.
