Features of HTC1608 CNC Lathe:
This kind of metal cutting machine tool adopts mechanical-electrical-hydraulic integration technology, with features of small volume, reasonable overall arrangement, elegant appearance and easy chip removal.
The spindle is operated through conversion motor cooperated with converter for stepless speed change (spindle speed change range: 100-5000r/min).
Various AC servo motors used for longitudinal and cross drives are available for customers' choice.
Longitudinal and cross guideways adopt linear rolling guideways for high positioning accuracy and rapid moving speed (16m/min in longitudinal –cross direction), thereby greatly reducing auxiliary machining time. Due to the adoption of automatically
positive-displacement central lubrication device, the slant bed CNC lathe achieves the functions of pressure measuring and liquid level alarm, with full lubrication and high safety.
Adopting fully closed protection, the machine features appealing appearance, super waterproof capacity and easy draw-door operation.
The coolant system is equipped with high-lift pump. Large flow and high pressure are available for it.
Cross-direction saddle is 730mm in length, so the gang tool with multiple tool holders can be fitted to save tool changing time and compensate the positioning error from turret turning.
8-station turret is available to meet the requirement of machining workpieces with complex shape.
