Slant Bed CNC Lathe

This CNC lathe integrates electrical mechanical and hydraulic systems into a compact, space-saving, well laid-out, aesthetically attractive unit, which is easy to maintain and promotes efficient chip removal.
The machine spindles is driven by an inverter motor and drive system, which permits step-less speed range from 100-5000 rpm.
Customers can choose between different axis servo systems according to their needs, which will render high accuracy positioning, reliable performance, and flexible operation.
Longitudinal and cross-slide guideways are equipped with precision linear bearings for highly accurate positioning and rapid movement. The rapid positioning speed in longitudinal and cross axes is 16m/min., which greatly reduces the total machining time. The slant bed CNC lathe has an automatic centralized lubrication system which has pressure and volume alarms to increase productivity and reduce the possibility of damage.

The work area is fully enclosed with a sliding door which is very easy to operate, superior sealing against leaks, which makes our horizontal lathe easy, safe, and reliable to operate, not to mention aesthetically pleasing to the eye.
The coolant system incorporates a high-lift pump which makes for large flow and high pressure.
The cross-slide saddle is 730mm. in length, and can be equipped with a gang-style tool system which multiple tool-holders which can save tool-change times and reduce the error that might be caused by a rotating turret style system. An 8-position tool turret is offered as an option if required by the user, in order to process more complex parts.
