Structure Features of HTC16/25/32/45 CNC Lathe:
Solid slant bed allows the CNC lathe to work accurately and stably, even in the case of heavy cutting.
Wide-span rectangular sliding guideways have superior anti-bending, anti-twisting and anti-overturning capacities. Adopting abrasion-resistant material, it can ensure the optimum positioning accuracy even in rapid feeding.
Straight-line rolling guideways can satisfy the demands of higher speed and efficiency, reduced friction resistance and thermal deformation as well as increased machining accuracy.
Servomotors of X-axis and Z-axis are directly connected with precise ballscrews through elastic coupling for higher precision.
Positioned with big diameter end-face tooth-disc, highly rigid horizontal tool turret achieves high positioning precision and little deformation of heavy cutting.
Tool detective device can input the position of tool tip to CNC system automatically, resulting in less tool changing time and automatic wearing tool tip compensation.
With full protection for guideways, separated cooling tank and chip conveyor can avoid the influence from hot turning, thus ensuring the accuracy of the CNC lathe.
