HMC Horizontal Machining Center
Applications of Horizontal Machining Center:
This type of CNC horizontal machining center, which is developed based on advanced domestic and international technology, is ideal for processing multiple working surfaces and multiple working procedures.
It is suitable for milling, drilling, boring, reaming, tapping as well as machining two or three-dimensional curved surfaces, with high precision, enhanced speed and increased efficiency.
This machine is extensively applied in automobile, diesel engine, aviation, electrical and general machinery industries.
Features of Horizontal Machining Center:
Stepless speed changing, speed changing of 2 steps by gears, increased spindle torque. The spindle bearing is cooled by cooling oil passing by spindle outer sheet. Combined bearings are used to control the spindle temperature. The spindle features good stiffness due to the extended part of supported spindle.
Worktable, slide and board for worktable changing (Rotary worktable of any index is optional).
Small CNC facing plate can be changed in the tool magazine.
Gantry frame provides good force distribution and high stiffness
