Conventional Lathe CA Series

Introduction
CA series conventional lathes have been developed on the basis of Aymodel.
B type: spindle bore 80mm; C type: spindle bore 104mm; F type: hydraulic copying; M type: precision.

Design Features
Compared with similar products, this series of conventional lathe has a wider bed for greater accuracy and strength. Hardened using middle-frequency induction technique, its guideway surfaces are more durable. In addition, controls are conveniently located, making the operation a pleasurable experience. As this machine tool is structurally designed to be more rigid, it is more suitable for high-speed and heavy cutting.

Applications
CA series conventional lathe is widely used for turning both external and internal cylindrical surfaces, tapered surfaces and other rotary surfaces, reaming holes and cutting oil grooves. It also can produce a large number of threads of different types, including Whitworth, metric, diametral and module threads.
