Cutting Quality Assurance
The CNC focus "F" axis technology enables the operator to set up our laser cutting machine easily, regardless of the material and thickness. The cutting head has a programmable focus axis, which is independent of the Z axis. This focus axis can automatically adjust the focus position of the lens. CNC eliminates any manual adjustment of cutting head when cutting different materials and materials of different thickness. This ensures the cutting quality.
Laser Cutting Machine Configurations
Laser Generator
The laser source is integrated with the machine, this solution providing a stable laser beam path. The laser is controlled by the CNC and can generate four different pulse modes.
Pneumatic Components
Quality components like three-way valves and proportional valves are chosen for reliability and long lifetime.
Table
The material to be processed is supported by a grid of steel slats allowing for scrap and dust to be collected in the drawers at the bottom of the table, while the fumes are extracted via an automated path.
Siemens 840D CNC System
Modern high performance DSP and fully digital servo drives CNC. The English operating interface makes the operation easier. The laser power can be automatically adjusted according to the changes of machining speed.
Cutting Head
It includes independent focalizing axis, height capacitive sensor, collision protective device, and drawer type lens holder.
Easy Programming
Offline CAD/CAM software can quickly and easily realize automatic programming of machining program. Functions such as virtual machining, operating costs statistics, edge cutting, etc.
Three-dimensional Machining with robot
The laser and flexible manipulator are perfectly combined, which enables the cutting machine to perform both laser cutting and welding with high speed and accuracy.
